Shipping Policy
Yearbooks are not shipped at the time an order is placed. Yearbook ship dates are scheduled with the school before the school year begins and all yearbook-related purchases are shipped directly to the school.
Customers should contact the school’s yearbook adviser to find out when the yearbooks are scheduled to ship.
Changes/Cancellation Policy
If you have any questions regarding your order, contact School Store Support by email or by calling 1-877-723-6344 School Store representatives are available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central time. If you email, please place your order number in the subject line field along with the School Name.
Return and Refund Policy
Yearbooks
If you would like to cancel your yearbook purchase and receive a refund after your school's order deadline date (December 15 for Spring delivery books, January 26 for Spring delivery books using Online Sales April 30 for all Summer/Fall delivery books), email Customer Service and we will initiate a request for you with your school's Yearbook Adviser. Upon receipt of approval or rejection from your school's Yearbook Adviser, we will notify you. If approved, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your credit, debit or check card account. Refunds will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
