How do I know if my order was received?

You will see a confirmation screen displayed with your order number in addition to receiving a confirmation email.

What if I need to pause in the middle of my order and finish later?

You can enter your email and receive a link to return and finish your order. Please keep in mind that sales may end or prices may increase before you return.

What if my payment won’t go through?

After double-checking your information, you can call School Store Support at 877-723-6344 or check with your credit card company or bank. Sometimes, an online purchase is flagged as unusual and payment will be declined.

How do I fix a typo that I noticed after I submitted the order?

School Store Support will be able to fix most typos for you. Call us at 877-723-6344.

When will I receive my yearbook?

Your child's school will distribute yearbooks after they are printed. Please contact the yearbook adviser for more information.

Can I use a gift card?

Not at this time. Please use a credit card, debit card or PayPal to complete your order.

How do I cancel my order and receive a refund?

Do I have to place my yearbook and ad orders together?

Yearbook and ad purchases do not need to be placed in one combined order. However, we strongly recommend reserving your child`s yearbook and ad space as soon as possible to ensure you don`t miss the purchase deadline or risk supplies running out.

Does the purchase of an ad automatically include a copy of the yearbook?

Ads and yearbooks are sold separately, unless your child’s school has created a package. Please refer to the products on the school’s storefront for more information.

How can I receive a copy of my email confirmation?

The “Order History” button at the top of the home page will help you. Here, you'll enter your email address and receive a copy of your confirmation.

How can I check if I have already ordered a yearbook?

Will the yearbook be shipped to my house?

Typically, schools distribute yearbooks on-campus. If you have the choice to have the yearbook delivered to your home, you can find this option in the Yearbook Add Ons.

Can I order a yearbook from a previous year?

Please contact your school to see if they have any previous yearbooks available for sale.
